same difference, 2025

invited - National holocaust museum uk

In the piece Same Difference, the artist focuses on two individuals, one murdered in 1941, the other in 2023. Decades apart, both were Jewish, both taken hostage, and both met with indifference from the world. The hand stitching in the artwork is intentionally small, urging the viewer to look more closely, not just at the piece, but at the reality it represents.
