losing faith, 2025
invited - National holocaust centre & museum uk
Losing Faith focuses on synagogues desecrated worldwide from the 20th century to the present day. As targets of hate crimes, these sacred spaces have been defaced with antisemitic and anti-Israel graffiti, daubed with swastikas, and subjected to arson. Prayer books and sacred Torah scrolls have been destroyed; interiors defiled with excrement and paint. In some cases, Jewish worshippers have been injured or murdered in these attacks.
Measurement: 200cm x 23cm x 4cm
Process: Hand stitch
Materials: Cotton, silk threads, vintage ophthalmic lenses, vintage and pre-war prayer books
Exhibited in:
Fabricated? Solo Exhibition, National Holocaust Centre & Museum, Laxton, Nottinghamshire (7 October - mid-December 2025)

Another sad, powerful and elegant piece
Your work is so sensitive and so important
You highlight this topic in a brilliant way
Heartbreaking
It is sad that so many people have to suffer due to misinformation in reporting, terrorism is a threat all over the world
Great title, terribly sad content, always eloquent treatment
I wonder at the mentality of people who set out to harm others, what makes them tick?
So painful
Always impressed by your art and your bravery and your honesty
Shameful, cruel and barbaric behaviours and blind ignorance of history will doom us all
Thank you for being a warrior for the truth
Haunting
